It’s easy to participate in our program! Simply ask for Share Our Smiles Referral cards when visiting the office, then sign your name to them. Pass them out to anyone who you think would benefit from our services. Family, friends, co-workers or perhaps someone new to your neighborhood. Ask them to bring the card with them to their first appointment and we will take it from there. Both you and your referral will receive a $50 credit on your account. There is no limit, so share with as many friends and relatives as you please.
